Legal Redress - (Chair Persons: Lewis Saunders & Jeffrey Sills) Investigates all cases reported, supervises all litigation in which the Branch is interested and serves as liaison to the National Office. Three complaint forms are now available in the category of employment discrimination, housing discrimination and assignment discrimination. All calls and complaints are logged stating the disposition of the action.

The Legal Redress Committee of the Howard County NAACP is currently investigating an alleged act of discrimination at the Nestle/Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Plant, 9090 Whiskey Bottom Road, Laurel, MD.
